Here we have a very special Mid Century table. The design of which is both stylish and practical.

The circular table features a plinth around the circumference. The plinth has an interesting horizontal wood grain. The plinth has four equal missing sections into which the chairs are inserted. The chair backs also feature the same wood grain to the table plinth meaning that they fit seamlessly into the table.

To fit within the table, each of the chairs has a slightly triangular seat shape. The back two legs are set further apart than the front two legs.

Both the table and chairs have straight, tapered legs. The chairs are made from solid wood and black leatherette. They feature veneered butterfly backs.

The table top can be oiled and finished with natural wax. Alternatively it can be lacquered to give a shiny polished finish

Condition report:

Great vintage condition. The chairs have been recovered in new black vinyl and the table top is in good condition.
