This bureau has a simplicity that makes it handsome and eye catching. It features three drawers at the bottom and a pull down desk above. The desk has lots of compartments and pigeon holes. We have found a similar item attributed to being Danish but we cannot categorically define it as Danish. The patina is rich teak with swirling grain. The drawers are handless. The maker has preferred a indented finger grip.
